DriveRack won't show for update

    I have a dbx DriveRack PA+ I downloaded the update application, but when I try to update, it doesn't show in the "select a device to update" window in the application. dbx customer relations seem to be dead right now. Nobody answers in their chat window and have not returned an email to my question. I hope the whole Harmon group of products isn't like this, because I like JBL and dbx, among some others under their name. Anybody else ever try to update dbx hardware?
