    If it's caused by the GPU the best solution is to change pre-rendered frames setting to 1 (or the Radeon equivalent).
    I'm not sure it's the case but worth trying it.

    Which Mouse do you use ?
    You get theses lags with with some mice when it is running with a polling rate higher then 250 Hz

    I was using it at 1000hz when I changed it to 125hz the problem was solved. Thank you very much indeed!
    At 125hz, the mouse moves in an unusual way. Is there any way to handle this?

    try 250 Hz and play around with the dpi resolution
