    Hi all!

Today I want to point you guys to this most essential software called dpclat. With this, I managed to get rid of those hardware produced glitches that make you sound cheap. LOL (freeware)

    http://www.thesycon.de/eng/latency_check.shtml
"Thesycon’s DPC Latency Checker is a Windows tool that analyses the capabilities of a computer system to handle real-time data streams properly. It may help to find the cause for interruptions in real-time audio and video streams, also known as drop-outs. The program supports Windows 7, Windows 7 x64, Windows Vista, Windows Vista x64, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 x64, Windows XP, Windows XP x64, Windows 2000."

So you just download and run this little gem, and if it happens that you have an interrupt problem, try disable your devices one by one (in device manager) until you find the cause of your problem. No more annoying drop-outs after that...

    Download: http://www.thesycon.de/dpclat/dpclat.exe

Just don´t forget to enable your hardware once you finish your recording session :bleh:

    Regards!

Yeah, tells me my system is fine... until I open a decent sized project...

    LOL

Not at all ... do not open project while checking your system. The whole point is to know if there is any IRQ conflict in your PC that may cause glitches in your sound... that´s all.

    Tnx for your input!
