Download Manager etc.

    Do folks use a download manager with Alldebrid ?

    If "yes" - which one and why ?

    * Jdownloader (free)
    * Internet Download Manager "IDM" ($$) ?
    * ... other ?

    I'm trying to feel which one folks prefer to use and why.

    i use jdownloader for 8 years for one click hoster downloads, never had a premium account

    I use Internet Download Manager

    works fine

    works with Alldebrid

    I have never used Jdownloader so I do not know how well it works

    why I use it , one day typed in download manager , it was in the list, wanted one with no pop up or spying

    Internet Download Manager was the one I purchased, can it spy on me, have no Idea I am not a programmer or web guy

    I need to allow it access through my firewall Eset or I guess I would not get downloads without that

    jdownloader since 2008 and before that CryptLoader 2 years. i had a few free premium accounts but never bought one.
    (also never used Alldebrid or other services - my downloads are fast enough *yes* )

    im pretty happy with the jd it downloads everything fast and clean and the updates are pretty fast.

    i'm still using flashget with the firefox flashgot extension/add on... and i use a debrid called "real-debrid"

    Is there a big difference between 'real-debrid' & 'alldebrid' to choose which one is better?

    @Dalmation-

    not sure about alldebrid, i've only used real debrid...

    i'm not even sure what the hell a "debrid" is!?!?

    real debrid is hit or miss, sometimes it works great, and other times the hosts are down or not supported..

    but for the price its worth it to me i guess, i DL alot of stuff
