such a disappointment. i bought akai mpc studio for my little studio and now when i was about to register the activation website didnt even work which means i could not activate my pc and download all the software

then windows 11 and the hardware and software does not even work.. i should bought native instruments maschine instead. such a embarassing tactic from akai.

Thanks for bringing this my attention. I've been considering purchasing an MPC One but will hold out in the meantime until I can verify this is being rectified. Out of curiosity, have you contacted Akai support and if so what did they say?

 

Good to know that Akai is also not what it used to be. I wouldn't count on NI, either. Any hardware that needs lots of software to be useful is a flop from the get go in my book. If it works standalone and the software is there as a bonus you can use if you want, great.
