    I notice when I Cross-train and do stretch workouts, plus take Gingko Biloba and Omega 369 supplements with Kippers, Sardines and Fresh non salted Anchoivees, my memory recall, melody and rhythm is better.

    What's your regime for a great day in the Studio?

    Start off with some Medovukha followed by Nastoiki, by the time I get to the Polugar my mixes sound perfect to my ears. Ask @mild pump milk he follows a similar routine.

    well considering imn doing 3 triathalons this year followed by a killer 85 mile endurance run i go for a jog befire hand so yea theres that.
    plus ive got my own gym.

    Its all over social media and even the mobile gives notifications. A TIP What I use to do is totally not go on the online sites or turn on the TV. Set the stream page to watch. It is about pre watch plan methodology.

    Coffee, tea and water. I'm doing OMAD (one meal a day) and have been for the last 2 months. When I eat I eat shitloads of protein, fat and veggies.

    Before getting to the studio I like to observe-study the soundtrack of movies, video games etc etc and apply elements I find and like to my own music to make it more unique and "epic"!...Even tho this music is mostly cinematic oriented you can convert it to other genres as well with the power of sampling! Some video games/movies have iconic soundtracks and its no doubt, great inspiration for your music.

    i start my recording sessions by badmouthing my clients and punching walls. i find that really gives me the dopamine rush i need to be better than everybody else in the world at a task that makes absolutely no difference to the world whatsoever.

    Yes, man, fitness is important, I just eat normal, drink a lot of water and go to the gym. Don't want to get old and become completely wasted. Also, and this is a big deal to me: sleep.

    Sleep deprivation can totally smack ones mind. Sleep well, eat well, drink well and exercise well or else you're probably going to get fucked in the future.
