I downloaded a free bundle from Plugin Alliance and after I activate em my previously downloaded PA plugins are asking for an activation. It seems like I can only run either the legal ones or the cracked ones and not both at the same time. I need your wisdom my brothers, sisters, and nbs.

That's true.
But, if someone is already using an external HD all the time, can it be used to store the licenses or is it mandatory to use a specific device exclusively for the licenses?

 

as long as the plugin knows where to find the licence you're good. Using an external HD or USB stick is the only way to run both cracked and legit at the same time

That didn't work, seems as if going entirely legit or entirely cured is the only choice for PA.

I experimented a bit and found out that the instant I register my ADPTR Metric AB (cured, virtual USB) my BlackBox HG2 (legit, online) unregistered itself. This didn't even need a plugin window close, it was just as if PA plugins sent a message to each other.

No. Valid "machines" you can activate to are your computer, and USB keys. Not hard drives.

 

As stated, you can authorise to your computer, or USB keys. That's how it's been designed. A USB HD is not a USB key, that's why it's different.

 

Works here 2 USB sticks, I have the free ports. USB for legal and internal for cracked also worked. But you have to register the proper hardware I'd to your PA account.

 

Don't register legit online. Do them both offline on separate devices. I did the cracked bundle to the USB, then registered each of my legit plugs to the PC license key using the same offline method.

 

yes, just my bad

used a small USB key that windows see in a different way, then when I open the auth box in the free PA plugins I can see the flash drive

so I can start the OFFLINE AUTH

export the text file

go on PA site, make the auth then download the PA license

it's done now

Does anyone know whether one has to be done before another?

I have already installed my legit ones to the external USB, but I don't know whether the R2R ones will have a conflict, or whether that much will be solved by reauthorizing with the USB.

 

It's simple. You need to auth legit accounts on one device, and any non-legit (effectively, you can think of these as being from a different account) to a different valid device. That's it. Everything you need to know to do this has been mentioned above in this thread.
