All I know is, I smoke, I don't sleep. And I have a terrible hangover too usually. Eat, I sleep great. By edibles, I don't mean the full THC that you get in states like Colorado. I'm using hemp derived delta 8 and 9. No THC-O and that horrifying acetone manufactured stuff. Nice buzz, helps my insomnia immensely. Only problem (if you consider it that) is when my tolerance starts to creep up about every 2 weeks I need a couple day dry out which usually induces a small depression.

The jury is out on vape, I want to do more research. Remember, the stuff we buy here is not what you get where "real" pot is legal (or decriminalized)...

I agree about sugar btw. With a sugar reduced diet my inflammation goes down, blood pressure goes down, everything is better. For me; ymmv

    use real unprocessed unheated honey...
want best nutella you ever eaten :
    mix hazelnut mouse,cacao,raw honey
...raw honey has enzymes and bacteria and what not and get not processed like sugar in your body ...its not simple glucose fructose....stuff some fitness youtubers never get but they sell tons of sucralose toxin whey....

    btw only drink/eat sheep/goat products,never cow cassein1 type....

dont drink from plastic bottles ,bpa and other phtalates act as ostrogene
dont eat from teflon pans ,pfas and softerners are entering your food then
dont us sunflower or rapeseed oil for pan baking ,never use high temp even it takes longer,sf oil has horrible omega6 ratio and rapeseed is full of glyphophat and pesticides same as sf oil.
Ok proper baking of beef needs coco oil and high temp but comin along with transphat then:dunno:

in some rural regions where i'm from, some people use banana plant's leaves as rolling papers.
definitely not very common, but a very well known practice.
probably got that from the indians, before colonization

I smoked during 30 or more years and now have stopped.

It was easier than I thought. Enormously easier.

Professionals! Banana leaves are cheap paper
You have to edit the wikipedia, and add that
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banana_leaf

    Asking AI:
    Code:
While it's technically possible to smoke banana leaves, it's not a common or recommended practice for several reasons:

Lack of psychoactive compounds: Banana leaves do not contain any significant amounts of psychoactive compounds like THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) or CBD (cannabidiol), which are the primary active ingredients found in cannabis. Therefore, smoking banana leaves would not produce any noticeable effects.
Toxicity: Banana leaves contain some toxic compounds like serotonin, dopamine, and other alkaloids, which can be toxic in large quantities. While the amounts present in banana leaves are unlikely to cause harm, smoking them could potentially release these compounds in a more concentrated form, which might be hazardous.
Respiratory risks: Smoking banana leaves can also pose respiratory risks, as the leaves can release particulate matter, including fine particles and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), when burned. This could exacerbate respiratory issues like asthma or other breathing problems.
Unpleasant taste and smell: Banana leaves have a strong, bitter taste and a pungent aroma, which might make them unpalatable to smoke.
That being said, some traditional medicine practices in certain cultures have used banana leaves for medicinal purposes, including as a treatment for various ailments like fever, rheumatism, and skin conditions. However, these uses typically involve boiling or steeping the leaves in water, not smoking them.

In summary, while it's possible to smoke banana leaves, it's not a recommended or safe practice due to the lack of psychoactive compounds, potential toxicity, respiratory risks, and unpleasant taste and smell. If you're looking for a safe and effective way to experience the benefits of banana leaves, consider exploring traditional medicine practices or consulting with a healthcare professional.
And alternatives to ealthy plants to smoke:

    - **Quality**: Ensure that the herbs are organic and free from pesticides or chemicals.
    - **Moderation**: Even natural herbs should be smoked in moderation, as inhaling any type of smoke can have negative effects on your lungs over time.

regarding nicotine, please consider reading about Allen Carr's Method again.
If you don't want to buy the Book, it's available at certain online libs for free.
when it comes to weed, if you can't or simply won't quit (everyone can) try to go for a lighter strain 3-7% THC with a balanced CBD ratio.
If it's not legal in your country it could get quite complicated to purchase light, medical stuff.
if you already read Allen Carr's book, I would encourage you to simply read it again, alternatively watch this vid / channel:

been there, done that. hope it helps you!

Alan Carr's book didn't help me to quit nicotine at all. At all. This book seemed me stupid.

    But...

    1. It was stupid for me and didn't work for me. I don't know about others. Read it if you want to quit.

    2. Read and listen people who are explaining how they quit, it is extremely advantageous. You'll defenitely find something interesting, useful or inspirational.

Baiscally anything that is proposed these days as very unhealthy and things you should absolutely watch out for cause they cause sickness, actually increase testosterone/masculinity and anything that is overly proposed or pushed feminizes (like why is there needlessly Soy that feminizes in just about every product if you inspect the ingredients
    )
    - The sun increeases testosterone, as vitamin D is a pre hormone of hormones like testosterone
    - Meat actually increases testosterone, compared to plant food ("meat is bad, unhealthy, stop eating it, you're killing innocnet animals!" )
    - Nicotine increases testosterone (smoking is bad, stop smoking , you'll die!"
    - Animal fat is better for testosterone than bveg oils or sugar, yet people are told to cook in veggie oils and animal fat is hardly sold at mainstream locations anymore.

    etc etc etc...

So be skeptical when anything these days is proposed as healthy and be skeptical when something is promoted to be bad for health. If you look at studies, the older ones are more trustworthy than the newer ones. Especially since about 2017 they have become less and less trustworthy.

Interestingly enough, if you look at (older) studies that check things like testosterone levels of men the same ages, they have been lowering since at least 50's ever since they started recording them. Each year men of the same age would have about 1% lower testosterone. Average grip strength in men also has decreased each year ever since it was measured 30 years ago. So men these days are much more llke grown up boys rather than the men of the past. Of course, being a boy over a man comes with upsides too, as people with high IQ's tend to be less hormonally developed (like east Asians, which have the highest IQ's)yet the worst when it comes to sports and east asians have the smallest male parts in the world (I think south Koreans). However, being good at sports does not make your nation rich, as it's such a small part of your economy, so I would not be surprised if governments would be into the idea to engineer people to become more like east asians, smarter, yet obedient cause its best for their economy (as there is a large correlation betwene average IQ and economic growth of a country - unless you artifically supress it by weird regimes of course)

Each generation becomes more and more " neotenic" , a term out of biology that describes slowed maturation, which tends to lead to limited maturation when people are oficially an adult., mneaing they become boy-men and girl-women rather htan 'real' men and women

A dog for example is basically a neotenic wolf. It's a childlike version of a wolf that is sweet, not dominant, yet playful and wants to learn things (cause learning ability and interest are childlike traits - hence learning goes harder when people get older). The slower the maturation of humans, the slower their brain plasticity decreases and the longer they are able to learn new things. You can learn a child a new language in a fwe years flawlesslly while its hard if you're an adult and much harder if your're old. Research has shown the steroids age the brain and more quickly decrease brain plasticity). It would not surprise me if people like arnold schwarzenegger who was full of steroids and basically lowered his neoteny also lowered his brain plasticity, which could have led to his inability to speak english propherly.

So while I'm not saying that either case is better..the less dominant boy-man that has a higher IQ or the more dominant, masculine brute that is physcally stronger, more masculine, yet has a lower IQ...But it's an interesting pattern non the less
