Well you know i see your point about the plugins, but the underlying mechanics of how things are organized from the bottom up is fundamental in anything that you do.

Yes i have given this some serious thought, and mousewheel is one of the many many things that do not work properly in Windows.

With the workarounds given above i have managed to fix some of the things that could not be found even on most Windows Forums, so i do appreciate that.

Does not seem to work with Full Screen Programs.

If you hover over an object when the program is in full screen mode, it will Jam up

Is there any way to counteract this?

Any ideas anyone? Not sure how they did this on Apple, but i d expect the Bar to work regardless of the window size

 

the only thing in my desktop is the pointer
1 gesture opens Launchpad where you have all your programs like an iPhone and can start them with 1 click
then there is Spotlight (CMD+spacebar) to fast open just anything you want by typing the initials
both faster than dock imo
i rarely use Finder at all in normal workflow
