Hello,
From time to time there will appear applications of more recent vintage by Team V.R. as opposed to Team R2R. I would like to know if there are any conflicts between between application cracked by R2R vs. V.R.
Say... I have an older version of FabFilter bundle by R2R, I delete it, upgrade to a newer bundle from V.R., will there be problems with other R2R apps? Also can I mix and match within bundles of apps or families, like Arturia or Blue Cat Audio?

in most cases never mix teams on same dev

arturia for me is strictly only r2r

sure when you want get a warez doctor you find your findings but when want save time and make music not reinstall or even worse go for r2r

its trial and error for all of us...
i also install vr but mostly i look out for r2r

Well yes, a lot VR releases interfere with original versions and also R2R versions. Except for Waves (I think), I don't know any R2R releases that can't be run side-by-side with original legit software that you bought.

A lot of us use cracked/keygened versions to demo the products for a longer period without demo restrictions. Then buy when you get cash. Using VR releases fucks this thinking up. I stay away from VR releases for this reason.

I have so much more respect for R2R for thinking about legit users.

STOP right there! You can't just delete anything without bad results.
Perhaps you means "uninstall"? Well, the uninstallers work well from my experience, but that is anecdotal.

You can use different packages but do NOT mix them. (R2R will sometimes mention that in .nfos)
I usually use R2R if available, but have used many V.R with very few problems.
I do wait a few days...by then any problems are usually corrected, except unknown timebombs of course.
If I am switching teams for a product, after uninstall I scour the computer for leftovers (common folders and registry).
All this warez & switching sometimes requires care and precision to avoid mistakes.

It makes me nervous that you used the word "delete"...
Maybe you were just being casual and I am being pedantic...
But being pedantic makes me confident I won't have serious problems..
Being casual is often what causes problems, and that happens to me sometimes, too.
Nothing major, but annoying.
Main thing: BACK EVERYTHING UP REGULARLY.
That confidence and convenience to "reset" to exactly how my OS disk was is what really gives me confidence, so THAT is the thing I am most picky about.
With SSD OS disks it's a pretty quick process to restore from backup, and a nice clean feeling that there is not something lurking to interfere later!
