there are surprisingly few software and hardware products offering monitor calibration/optimization for given listening spot in a room - just to name few, Sonarworks Reference 4 and IK Multimedia ARC 2.5 for ex.,
such solutions are fully dependant on operating system performance/stability, and although they can be used for other hardware sound sources via multichannel audio interface looping, it's not so convenient;

measurements of such softwares are encrypted and considered intellectual property, therefore copyrighted, so following question is rather academical:
is it effectively possible to capture measurement output using some (stereo) EQ match software/plugin like Fabfilter Pro-Q3 to get the adjustment curves and be able to implement the result in some standalone hardware/DSP EQ like RME ADI-2 DAC, and get usable result?

Yes. You can do this with any noise- or sine sweep generator, any omni-directional reference mic, any analyzer and any EQ.
