whats the advantage when you own SampleRobot and Samplit 2 ? there are also enough other good sfz sampler in the market and even alot free ones

also DirectWave has an vsti sampling function , EXSC has also an vst sampling function

 

Yeah, I agree with you. I don't know what's the point about this sampler. And for 99$ when the beta period ends. Jeeez...

DiscoDSP hasn't been the same since our beloved arguru died (R.I.P)

there are also an free sfz builder from Mildon where you can create (if you have learned) your own sfz Libs without the needs to writing everything with hand in an text editor

again many sampler or synths and also free ones can import or use sfz files

 

Looks like a re-skinned and maybe slightly enhanced version of Highlife.

In fact, when you go to the old webpage for Highlife, it forwards to the Bliss page.

December 21, 2015 — Bliss sampler / VSTi recorder 1.0 released

We have released Bliss 1.0, our new sampler also able to load and host VSTi instruments for multi-sampling them without any quality loss for Mac, Windows and Linux.

What's new

• Added factory presets link to http://bliss.discodsp.net in the top menu.
• Added knob bipolar vales (LFO) to middle instead -100 when switching destinations.
• Added sample editor CTRL / Command on Mac + left click to add/remove slice points on the sample display.
• Added static processing buffers for problematic plugins sampling.
• Fixed change on midi note option causing considerable lag on edit window.
• Fixed drag & drop files with capital extension letters not working.
• Fixed playing cursor freezing of various DAWs when sample edit window is open and samples are being triggered.
• Fixed putting a loop and then adding a cue point for sample start before the loop not making it play again.
• Fixed saving program, bank or zones using previous names instead actual one on the dialog box.
• Fixed SFZ crashes on exporting.
• Fixed shift+click on LCD arrows changing zone name at LCD but not at sample editor list names.
• Removed Classic theme.
