Digi 003 or MOTU Traveler convertors/preamps?

    Hi folks. I have to do some recordings in another studio where they have a Digi 003. I currently have a Digi 002 Mixer and I have bypassed all digital-to-analog conversion in favor of my motu Traveler 1 (the original). To my ears, the Motu is warmer and clearer in sonic detail than the 002. I have linked them via ADAT.

    My question is, now that I'll be working on the 003, should I bypass those pres too or is it better to work with the 003 alone?
