different type of guitar parts/layers in a song

    hi i want to know where i can hear different type of guitar parts in a song except lead and power chords ... want to hear different types of guitar layers in songs with different effects and whats your opinion about a song with only different guitar parts and not using synthsizers ...?

    Some of my favorite bands don't have any synths. What style of music would you like to be directed to with the types of guitars you are asking about? Rock, jazz, alternative? So much out there. Narrow it down a little bit for us.:bow: I would suggest anything by Jeff Beck, particularly his album Loud Hailer
