Differences in the musical theory between two punk songs

    Hello, everyone,
    I'm preparing a presentation for a university project. The content doesn't really matter, but among other things this is about two punk songs. But since I am a complete loser in terms of music theory, I wanted to ask if any of you noticed a difference in mood etc. when comparing the songs directly, which could be explained in terms of music theory?
