difference between "crashed validation and couldn't be opened" in plugin manager.

    i installed few plugs in from Waves Central app, (maximizers, some eq, and WNS denoiser) some of them are working properly, but on others, I get in the plugin manager these 2 messages crashed validation and couldn't be opened plugins" what is the real difference?
