This is about AZ not getting undesirable attention. Just that.

 

I am sympathetic to the point you are making about not wanting to create undesirable attention. But is it not at odds with the fact that audioz downloads are searchable via Google?

In reality these sites have always existed; Irc, hotline et al and I have always been thankful. I've been fortunate and lucky enough to be able to make a good living working with music and sound but when I was coming up these kind of sites allowed me to explore new options despite not having any money. Now a few years have passed and I'm only too happy to support those who helped me. To me, this place (and places like it) should be looked after kindly and protected.
