Denuvo is dead - Claims cracker.

    Right. Moreover, as far as I read, it uses Hypervisor to fake the details Denuvo use to bind license, like Hardware IDs and stuff. It spoofs those details with that of a legit licensed system, which is normally not possible without getting caught. So, basically Denovu thinks it is legit system with a valid licence.

    Can you really damage equipment with just code? I mean people are saying how dangerous this new crack is, even if you brick something can't you just install everything again, flash bios if it's affected etc? I know nothing about PCs so just asking.

    Yes. Overheating / excessive power draw, firmware corruption, Flash or storage wear, motor or mechanical stress, overvoltage from power management, disabling controls for fans, thermal, power limits are some ways. It is not common at all, but it is not only theoretical.
