I just downloaded Spitfire Audio Symphonic Woodwinds but in kontakt 5.6.1 (r48) when i load any patch it says demo timeout and i can't do nothing

help

 

That is the problem with the newer versions of Kontakt that you need a keygen for. Spitfire Audio Symphonic Woodwinds doesn't appear to be in any of the keygens I have so there appears to be no way to register it. There is a version of Kontakt 5.6.1 though which uses cracked files, that you have to manually replace everything with, which doesn't need a keygen.

Before you install another version of Kontakt though try this first:

• Make sure Native Instruments Kontakt 5 is registered with the R2R keygen.
  • If this product isn't registed nki files, even those you create yourself, will load as a demos.
• Manually load the nki file for the particular instrument instead of accessing it through the library.

I have had some luck doing that with a few libraries that weren't included in R2R's keygen.

Sounds like you don't have Kontakt registered with the keygen. You don't only need to register the libraries but the actual application itself with the keygen if you are using R2R's release.

 

but my kontakt release already have a keygen wich gives the option to register all products... i've already done that and all libraries, exept from this spitfire woodwinds, works fine

I have the same problem - so bump.

My kontakt (5.6.5 - r2r), is a full version. All of my libraries except a couple havent activated, even though the keygen has them on their list.
The libraries that are still in demo mode, are for example both of the Metropolis Arks, I and II.

Almost all of them worked, except a couple.

I really need them.

Ps. Ive tried activating them all over again - no luck. Ive removed the library and then tried to activate again, but still no luck.

Ive looked on the internet for many hours now, and seems like people dont have this problem, or then I just havent found the conversation/solution.

Ok - solved. I updated to 5.6.6 via the file transfer (no install) method.

They are all activated and good to go now! Aww yeah. :D

Im still wandering though: Why is it that the keygen didnt work, although the product I was trying to register was there?

Don't use any unlocked and only on legit so not up to date with the releases of Kontakt that are available. Problem is the same though as in was the one that was predicted. If the library in demo time out then answer is simple in that the library is not registered i.e. On PC etc meaning no serial number written into registry etc. Solution would have been that you use unlocked. However as you know kontakt has moved to 5.6.8 etc. ALL new player libraries must be registered with 5.6.8. Also as you know Kontakt exhibits backwards compatibility and therefore you MUST use the correct revision. If a library is written or saved with say. 5.6.6 you must use 5.6.6 and above. So for your library answer is simple in that if the library cannot be registered individually with the keygen then you MUST use an unlocked version of Kontakt of sufficient revision and above to host the library. Outside that the answer is to Hope that R2R have been kind enough to add the library to the keygen and you can use R2R version and keygen to register the library. If they haven't added it yet then then application itself must be unlocked and bypass serial checks etc. I do believe you can download a certain version as in 5.6.6. And use .dll to replace unlocked or other .dll to host such libraries and it should work fine. Have a good look around and best of luck
