So... I know that this isn't the type of sound that you guys are used to ear here on audio sex but this is something that I did a couple month ago and it is part of what I do, I don't consider my self as a hiphop/rap/house/tecnho producer I just produce what Comes to my head.

This is the first time that I tried to mix something so I really need some help and guidance

    Tell me what you think

This is my 2nd go on the mix added some reverbs, fx's

Tell me what you think better or worst?

woop don't feel bad rflip...I care about you : ) Listening to this one now... I've just forgotten about this section lol...

At least SOME people are brave enough to post music rather than talk all day about shit they think they know...

Typing as I listen...really good intro, very good variation in the intro sound...I like the way it slowly comes into composure...love the subtle taks and doms that are delayed...very nice melody that comes from behind. Excellent use of delays, love the toms and the taks...especially the steroe ones...very dynamic...

Dude this track is actually really good!!! Love the synths and the eerie short notes...enjoy the breakdown as well...

Can you get this mastered? Cuz this would be awesome on the album man *yes*

If you can't master it...send me it in 24bit .wav and I'll master it for you...

Thanks a lot for your opinion HK.
It would be amazing having my music on the album, but I can't master it (still learning that process).
If you can master it for the album it would be really dope.

rflip I listen to more genres than most people will have ever heard of, don't sweat it I'm a diverse guy. I really like the track, it's got a lot of style and atmosphere. Certainly something I would enjoy listening to so I will relisten again later today while I work. I'll have to give you more feedback a little later because I'm really struggling with dealing with the workload at the moment, so much to do especially with the relaunches of both forums. All the best.

I like the intro! I think the rest is really good too considered this is your first mix. Feels to me a little spooky and have a kind of dark almost evil sound to it. I am however no expert and this is a genre i know little about :)

Wicked intro. Those fx hit and shots in the intro could use some huge reverb fx on them to give them more space and to give the song more atmosphere and feeling in general. Same goes for the percussion...experiment with reverb on the percussion to give the song a more "epic" feel which I think is wehat you're going for in this song, it feels like a soundtrack to a part in an epic movie where the villaine is plotting world domination , so you need to do everything possible to make it sound as big as it portrays itself to be you know what i mean. Very nice use of synths and percussion and the arrangement is solid and creative a well.

The intro is full of mystery but also during the development of the track is full of bouleversements that maintain the interest.
For being a first attempt it makes the track remarkable …
Obviously there is a lot to accomplish in terms of sound, but in terms of creativity you are in the right path :)

We tend to stick to the first presentation coz there is some pathological selective process which privileges a first proposition
further readings supporting this statement on Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely taking on economics and customers choice

i actually like the first mix better, the claps at the 3:14 break come crashing in. in the second mix they don't cut through at all. nice atmosphere overall
