2 post above i stated that its 1024 steps ;) not 128 like regular midi.

android is famous for being laggy in music applications since like ever, it improved a lot the last 2 years but its still not there...
on the other side iOS is famous for 0 delay experience all over the place

focusing on a good mouse is key and actually hard to find, since most lack quality like Razer and Logitech.....
they aren't actually that good they may seem at first, had plenty of them from both and only 1 was decent.

On a mac you can use the scroll function without a problem, it has an extremely high resolution and scrolling is not made in steps like in windows.
Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad are nobrainers, they just work wonderful.
multiple options to control a Fader/knob.
2 finger scroll for normal adjustment
3 finger drag faster movement.
Modifier + 3 finger drag fine tune.
since this is a Mouse it works on everything, everywhere.

Love my Trackpad and i use it every day, i especially like to close my eyes and listen, i can tune a control up or down with 3 fingers or 2 and release it and start again without watching where i am/was. this works so wonderful it changed everything.

but I must confess I use Lemur and an iPad connected to a iConnectMidi2 interface.
