Thx for the info! Sadly ive been pwned

Why didn't they just email customers directly to let them know? It's not like I check the support pages of every website I've ever created an account with, every day, on the off chance there's some news. I swear every time this shit happens I find out from some 3rd party while the company itself says nothing.

Their support platform was likely affected too

3 out of 4 are leaked, damn

they did.. at least i got an email:

Dear ,

We are writing to update you on the status of a recent security incident that may affect your personal information. We take the protection of your data very seriously, and we want to provide you with the details of what happened, what we are doing to address it, and the steps you can take to protect yourself.

What Happened?
We recently identified a security breach involving our customer support platform, carried out by an unauthorized third party. Upon discovering this, our team immediately took action to secure the platform and lock down the affected systems.

What Information Was Involved?
Currently, our investigation confirms that the attacker gained access to the names and email addresses of users who have contacted us through our support platform.

While we currently have no evidence indicating that the attacker accessed our broader user database, out of an abundance of caution, we want to inform you that the potential exists. If this broader access occurred, the exposed data could include names, email addresses, purchase histories, invoices, and hashed passwords.

What Information Was NOT Involved?
Please be assured that we do not store sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers or bank account details, on our servers. Your financial data was not exposed during this incident.

What We Are Doing
Since discovering the breach, we have implemented deep, comprehensive security measures to ensure our platform is secure and your data is protected moving forward. We are continuing to monitor our systems closely and are working to prevent this from happening again.

What You Should Do
Even though we only store hashed passwords, we strongly encourage you to take the following precautions:

• Change Your Password: Please log in to your account and change your password as soon as possible.

• Update Other Accounts: If you use the same password for other websites or services, we strongly advise you to change those passwords as well. Reusing passwords can leave your other accounts vulnerable.

• Stay Vigilant: Be on the lookout for suspicious emails or phishing attempts. We will never ask you for your password or sensitive financial information via email.

For More Information
We deeply apologize for this incident and for any concern or inconvenience it may cause you. Earning and keeping your trust is our top priority, and we are committed to doing better.

If you have any questions or need assistance resetting your password, please contact our support team

Sincerely,

Dan Raviv

Many people do not give real email addresses for this stuff, meaning ones you actually go read through looking for real emails.
Free email providers also have gotten way better at automatically flagging spam and promotions.
