    Another bright idea is to get a reliable pro audio interface and also update cubase itself. Updates solve many issues.
    8.5 solved many issues, 9.5 made it shine.....

    Focus rite are very good, pro 40 Fire wire. It's was Cubase unfortunately have to face that fact.

    Again your bright Idea is wasting money when the issue was Cubase.
    So Instead of investing $ 2500 K RME to fix Cubase I Invested $ 60 and fixed everything.
    No more wasted money on Cubase updates. All Updates till 6.99 are free in reaper.

    Again you have your opinion and I have mine.

    As long as you are happy and getting results. In the end nobody cares when they listen to the finished product.

    Cubase pro 10 is not a full product is more like a Beta for now, but is better to buy the new software. try it before you buy it.
    Presonus studio one v4 is more stable than cubase 10 but studio one lags in midi so if you buy cubase 10 and have problems, you can install 9.5.41 in your System.
