Hello everybody,

i'm using Cubase 12.0.40 (r2r) PC + Kontakt 6.7.1 (r2r), it works like a charm BUT with NI STRAYLIGHT or ACTION STRIKES for example, Cubase 12 crash with "a serious error...". For testing, i've erased and reloaded STRAYLIGHT in the same folder for example, it works one time and then the second time Cubase 12 rescan plugins and crash. With Studio one 6 it's OK, i don't know why ? others NI plugins (NI TRILL for example) always works, other libraries work too (Spitfire...) !?

Just tested this in Cubase Pro 12.0.52 (R2R) with Kontakt 7.2 (r4e beta) and both libraries you mentioned work fine without crashing anything. Also tried using @bobdule Kontakt 6.7.1 too and worked fine with that too.

 

I've upgraded cubase 12 to 12.05.52 (r2r) + Kontakt 7.2 Boddule version 6.7.1 : the same. I don't understand these crash. No crash with studio one 6. is it a hardware conflict ?...(motherboard, cpu...) i think there is a trick in cubase plugin scan.

 

For those who have the problem : I've upgraded to kontakt 7.1.3 : solved ! thank you for your test Bunford.
