Yeah this "watermarking" issue is the audio equivalent of the boogeyman and isn't a real thing you should worry about. Make the best music you can, and if you used warez to make it, the majority of people wont give a shit because i'd wager an incredible amount of music we listen to on a day to day basis across all genres was made via warez.

Audio watermarking lawsuit would be a scientific AND public mess to prove anything.
That's why it never happened.

A phone call to a big studio using warez is more effective than spending several years to get some bucks from a broke musician
