so I'm thinking about buying Repro but wouldnt want my non-legit diva, satin etc. to stop working.
anyone know if there are issues/if it is possible to have cracked and legit u-he stuff side by side?
I'm on mac mojave. thank you!

Why don't you buy first Diva, Satin etc and use non-legit Repro until you can afford it?

Since U-he has more people on his team, he does discounts from time to time. And on Thomann's site his stuff is cheaper.

 

I don't have any actual knowledge but considering the technical finesse with which they protected their plugins in the past, I wouldn't be surprised if they would implement some kind of check that would render cracked versions unusable. Although, thankfully u-he is not on Tone2's level, and Tone2 apologized for his intrusive protections. But that doesn't have to mean anything.

 

Well that would pose the exact same question though wouldnt it? can one use legit & nonlegit u-he side by side...

since I am as mentioned on mac and there is no cracked repro, to my knowledge, I wanted to start by buying that, yet not at the cost of having diva and satin stop working.
so anyone actually tried this, has some input?

I agree but cant money wise, will have to legitimize my plugins one by one over sone time. and would like the nonlegits to keep working in the meantime. so this kind of answer is not really helping me, no offence, was hoping for someone who has tried this or otherwise has the technical knowledge to give some input.. thanks!
