CPU problems with Cubase Pro 10

    Hey, I've recently started getting CPU problems with my film scoring. Mainly regarding the Video Editor. I checked for a problem and found out that in an empty project without the videoplayer window showing my CPU usage is around 13-15%.
    When I then enable the video player window (without any video or audio in the project and at an aspect ratio of quarter size) it stays around 20% usage.
    But here comes the problem. When I use fullscreen it jumps up to50% CPU USAGE! And this is without anything loaded in the project. Just an empty project without a media file?
    Should it be this way? Can I save CPU while working on a film?
