Maize fixed their VST maker so I'm trying it again. Could you guys see if this piano works. I tried to make it better this time. I tuned the notes and made it a bit softer as I got complaints about distortion before. It doesn't sound as good as the Kontakt version to me and is bigger, but then again it is free standing and no one needs to buy Kontakt to use it.

I've now got the much smaller / lightly sampled Skerratt London Piano up. Its a slightly sharp (generally) upright piano with an interesting sound. I'll upload a tuned version as well, though it might be the out-of-tuneness that makes it unique

 

I tried it in x64 Sonar Platinum, had to rescan to pick it up.

Sounded nice but when I played with some of the controls once I got a wierd vibrato going on and also some clicking but could just be me messing with the release etc.

Tried it also in cubase & it picked it up. Sounded good but would recheck the controls etc possibly yourself see if u get anything could just be me lol. Nice one

 

Thanks Clandestine. Good info! I'll double check. Maize isn't nearly as good / easy as Kontakt and it can glitch, but of course it lets me give away stuff totally free.
Someone said it was really soft in Sonar did you notice that? I had some complaints in the old version about distortion so I did drop the output a couple dbs.

If anyone wants to check it versus the kontakt version... though that's an older version of the interface i think...
