I recently moved some files from my HDD to SSD drive because the converting midi to audio with samples on HDD doesn't seem to work properly.
When I moved, I am getting content missing on kontakt vst. When I select the folder to which I moved my libraries, it takes forever to load. It's searching for about 12 hours now.
I use the vst on cubase in windows 10.

That's not good. Don't fry your hard drive for hours and hours it's not gonna change.
Try a batch re-save located at the top menu's of Kontakt.
I compress my Kontakt Library folder before moving it to another drive.
Then un-compress it. It may help.

From what I see in your screenshot you might have given Kontakt your full lib folder to search in. You should do it library (sub-folder) by library.

In other words, try resaving your instruments but only one library at a time.
I'd also do a backup of the instruments (nki and nkm).

The usual suspects when this happens, or a combination of:
    1. You already resaved your instruments with "absolute path" option enabled in Kontakt settings
    2. You moved or left out accidentaly the resources file (.nkr)
