You are better off removing it, than doing someone the favor of using their stuff. You don't want to hear some 4 second sample "makes your track" as if you stole something from some famous old song without their permission. It's a one bar loop of sound no-one would even hear otherwise. Maybe even generated via a MIDI file they downloaded from someone else's Midi pack, using a synth plugin they downloaded and a preset they didn't even make. The entire thing is a joke.
