I had True Strike 1 without problems until i added 8DIO - 1990 Studio Grand... now the wallpaper of True Strike disappeared and the 1990 piano is in his place, and if i try to re add the true strike it shows an error of missing info.nkx

and also i cannot have the 1990 piano added and load true strike's patches from the file explorer because there's an error of ''this patch is encrypted and cannot be loaded until the respective library is added''

 

You need to change the SNPID number in the NICNT 8Dio 1990 Studio Grand Piano file.

Then delete the entries in the registry here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Native Instruments \ your instrument name

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Native Instruments \ your instrument name


and delete the XML file for these instruments:

C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Native Instruments \ Service Center \ your instrument name

Of course, you only delete entries for these two instruments:

True Strike 1
8Dio 1990 Studio Grand Piano

Then you should be able to normally add the instrument you want.
