Concert measurement via iPad or?

    ahoy there! I am working as a live sound engineer. Computer+audio interface+measurement mic worked very well, but I need smaller things like ipad+mic or measurement device. What I want is to monitor frequency spectrum, correlation, sound level. Is there any suggestions for devices? Also is it makes a big difference if I use iPad air? max budget is 700 dollars
