    Hey guys,

I'm currently learning Bitwig 3. Pretty deep DAW, by the way.

However, things started to get messy when I tried to record audio.

Is it possible to do comping in Bitwig 3, or anything similar to it, like record a bunch of takes in layers and then pick the best one?

I tried googling it, but most answers are about previous versions, which as far as I understand, were quite messy in this regard. Is version 3 any different?

    Thanks!

I should mention that Bitwig is strange in the way it handles audio. Especially stretching.
You have to change stretching behavior in settings to get normal operation.

Thanks quadcore64. That was exactly what I was looking for.

Very convoluted, though. Coming from Studio One, which makes comping a piece of cake, it's totally discouraging...

    Why make it so complicated?
