It's well made and I can appreciate the time that went into it, but nothing in there grabs my attention and wants to make me hear it again.

I have the same problem with most of things I make as well.

I completely agree with you.It's nothing special but i am in a writers block right now so i thought i will finish this track just to keep going on.I know that even big producers have thousands of songs/projects/ideas and the best get published the shitty tracks never see the light of the day.

 

I think because I knew what to expect by the waveform I found it boring. If I might offer a bit of constructive advice?

Take a popular track you like and use that as a reference. IE
when instruments come in and go out,
how long they play for before something else takes over,
the difference in drums etc.
Then you will still be able to use some of the elements in your track, and add to them/ vary them more to make it better!
