It's from 2005, look at second picture, it's XP probably

 

This software is pre-release, alpha, or something similar...

 

The build is from 2005, but you may be able to run it up to W7 with the classic theme (I've been using the classic theme for W7 until 2015)

 

Yeah they had to clean that up a bit. The official acronym on their website is Rapid Environment for Audio Production, Engineering, and Recording

I just meant the look. I've never seen the older versions (user for about 5 or 6 years). That was like a history lesson.
