Clip gain without breaking a clip?

    I want to try Samplitude. Can anyone tell me if one can clip gain in Samplitude like pro tools? I researched about object-based processing, but I don't want to trim a clip and then apply gain per audio object and then crossfades trimmed clips. I don't want to do that.

    I want to be able to do continuous clip gain with real-time waveform updates without trimming the clip. Can I do that in Samplitude?
