    Describe how you manage your projects and how you control deadlines?
    My question is addressed to those who have more than 15 projects on their to-do list, and for them it is normal.

    Put the deadline at the beginning of the folder of unfinished projects, YYYY-MM-DD, if you then sort it by name...

    You mean Year Month Day right? YY-MM-DD

    My advice is calculate the time you need for your clients projects, then add 30% , hen organize your work so you never run out of time. I know, easy said, not so easy to do. But it's a base.
