Ok, I can see that there is a Voxos (17GB+) and Voxos 2 (26GB+) release on the sister site.

However, they seem to have different patches in there. Is there any way to merge the two so that I have everything? For example, is there a way to install Voxos 1 and then merge in Voxos 2? I guess this is what the official release is as there is simply only one Voxox release on the Cinesamples website.

If I have Voxos 2, does that contain everything from Voxos 1 + updates already and no need to worry about this?

It doesn't appear so, no. The old lib has a separate "individual patches" dir and it doesn't seem to reference any of the new samples. I don't think ur missing much (anything)! I just assume that all of the content is expanded? Anyway, the instruments are as follows, so maybe u can check against V2:
