True and I can name just as many things gained and lost on almost an equal level. The same has been said about the move to almost complete digital transactions and next to no paper and coins money compared to the turn of the century. for everything we gain, we seem to lose something as well. I laugh now when I see someone regarding a product say "RTFM" because you do not have to with YouTube and streamers now nearly, but back then that was the only way to do it short of writing to the manufacturer in a written letter. Also as trivia, going to your fave import store to order an album released in another country and waiting for it, excitedly. Now, nothing is International, it's all simply Universal, everywhere, purchasable with no waiting. Yeah, we lost a few of the very simple things and pleasures in life and gained a lot we never had in the process.

 

I wish Giancarlo has a very wonderful Christmas, with many gifts, time with loved ones, and yummy feasting and merrymaking!

 

I have come of age. Been on this forum since I was 19 years old.
As an old fart, I just wish for good health for everyone

 

mixwave, softube, ssl, slate digital, schwabe.. would be good gifts.
