I'm looking for a delay plugin that allows to change the delay time without affecting the feedback. With all the plugins I know, when you change delay time, the feedback does that slowing down/speeding up sound.

I want something where, for example, if you have let's say a feedback with 1/4 delay time, and when you switch to 1/8, the 1/4 feedback continues but all new input is delay by 1/4.

Does such a thing even exist?

Echoboy Jr has a glide button which turns pitch shifting on off when adjusting delay time, Byome also has instant delay which allows instantaneous adjustment of delay time without artifacts. Reaktor has a few in the user library and I’m sure there’s more out there.

What you want is delay "throws". Rack (in daw or using Patchwork) a bunch of delays with different rates, automate switch between them and you have your delays. Or literally use different sends with same delay/different rates, they do exactly what you want - in this case automate the send level.
