When the local pottery market was flooded with huge, often beautiful planters and other pottery (for which the makers received only a few cents per pot) our local potters faced a kind of extinction event.

Strangely many potters, myself included, turned to web design as a way of keeping the creative flame alive. Not an easy road and much to learn.

And now that the web has turned into a kind of corporate cold porridge mush where greed, power and money dominate, life is changing again. Covid is ripping apart the sacred structures we upright walking primate hominids have surrounded ourselves with since we ventured out of the trees onto the savannah grasslands. And that's just the start.
