They have given both switches how I can understand

 

LINK ON = Left + Right (all d knobs move in parallel)
Link OFF= u can make changes just to one without affecting d other
M / S = Mid & Side (u can check out what frequencies are ''residing'' in Mid / Side)

Link on gives you both left and right knobs working simultanuously. If you need to process only left channel, switch link off and work with left channel eq. If right - use eq below. Separately.
M/S on switches from LR mode to Mid/Side.
So, link on with M/S on gives you both mid and side working simultanuously. Link off for either mid or side separately.

So,
LINK ON - LR (or MS) together.
LINK OFF - LR (or MS) separately.
M/S on is M/S.
M/S off is LR (left/right).
