can't see the presets of xferserum

    I can't see the presets of xferserum and can't save the things of it. Any version of cubase and serum programs setups can't be effective now. Is there anybody who knows this problem or can troubleshoot ?

    Click on the "Menu" tab and click on "show Serum preset folder".
    Now your OS open a window.
    Check your "Preset" folder,"Tables" folder and "Noises" folder.
