hi , im running the last Taqs.im Solo 2.0.1 from the sister site .
i can´t load the Plugin in Studio one , i have tried it in Cubase with no problems .

what am i missing ?

I am an S1 user with W10. I don't have that VST installed, but sometimes, with certain VSTs that don't work when scanning with the DAW open, I choose to scan when opening Studio One. Are you familiar with that option? It performs a complete scan from scratch, taking time depending on the number of VSTs you have. However, it usually resolves conflicts, especially if the VST was moved to a different folder or if you had another version.

 

yes, i have the Option enabled to rescan at every startup....The Solo Plugin is available at the plugin list but when i try to open it nothing happen .

People reported problems with the prior 2.0 version crashing Ableton. Before you put much effort into this, remember they only put 2.0.1 out on 12/04. It may be something you cannot fix yourself, or maybe others will find workarounds.

Did you have a previous version installed?

 

ok guys, two hours later I managed to get Solo working again.

I used the Everything program to search my entire system for the old Solo vst version and deleted everything manually.
Then started S1 and checked if the plugin was still displayed , luckily it was finally gone .
Then I restarted the PC and installed the new version , now it runs without any problems .
