Is there a no install release of that stuff? I could do that

 

- Did you change something?
- Have you ever checked your hard drive for viruses?
- Take a look with the " CCleaner " in the autostart folder to see if what is what doesn't belong there.
- Look in your device manager if everything is okay.
- Window itself also has an error analysis > Computer Management > Event Viewer.
- Uninstall all Avid folders.
- Quit all programs running in the background.

This is strange!

Try to boot in windows safe mode (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234) and install then (the plugin probably won't work when booting normal, it's just to locate the problem).
If the install works, it might has something to do with software and/or userprofile, if it not work either, it's a windows related problem.

 

That's a good idea. Not with plugins but this has saved my ass a few times and is easy to try.

That's happening because like i have said earlier, Team VR setup files are encrypted, so when you start the setup , instead to unpack all the files in TEMP folder, because of encryption method, it is loading all files into RAM or some other kind of virtual memory.
So if setup have 600mb, it takes 600+ mb of your RAM, or virtual memory, which is by the moment full.
This error have nothing to do with viruses, or other malfunctions, just clean your ram or restart PC, so you have no loaded processes into RAM and you will be possible to run installer....
I had that issue long time ago and that is how i resolved it....
And this is one of the things i hate and do not agree with Team VR packing method!

Okay, all clear now.... For sure It has something related, due to Team VR encrypted installers, since gives memory issue, but what memmory is about? Now i am not into programing and pc that much, but VR installers are totaly encrypted , then files are extracted in some kind of virtual memory then loaded from there, since they are never unpacked in temp folder... I had similar problem, i solved it by accident, restarted PC and waited, but now i am confused.... so much....

 

Thousands of other users installed the V.R. Software without problems. Usually it is user errors or an unstable system that has not been handled properly.

 

Okay, but installer should work for every user... I have just downloaded that installer, and i am not trying to install at all but here is the brief

From 920mb of installer, only 6mb is extracted to temp folder ...
Loading installer takes longer than usual R2R bigger releases...(for example EastWest Spaces it is about 1.6gigs)
There is nothing loaded in RAM memory when you startup installer...
Where the hell are install files extracted then?
Why is installer so deep encrypted like there is gold inside...
I am trying about half hour to unpack it and repack for OP, without success..
I have just yesterday unpacked the most recent VR release, with same encryption, same method, but this is not even possible to do that... WHY?
I agree there is maybe system resources, but hey, OP have a more than good config....

That is what i now actually trying to decompile and testing what is going on.... I dont need that on my pc so i will not install that, other things have been explained.

 

Something simple as "Run as Admin" maybe?
