cannot install kontakt on Catalina

    Hi to all. I had installed kontakt 5.6 and 6.7 on my mac. I de-installed them both and now when I want to reinstall them I have the sign "The installation failed. The installer encountered ...."
    I´m on Catalina 10.15.7.
