    Thank You @Garamondo Furbish!

@sono, since your CPU is very old and slow, I recommend the following:

Optimize Live's audio and CPU settings

    Lower the sampling rate

Open Live's Preferences → Audio. Lower sampling rates help reduce CPU load. It's best to set them to 44100 or 48000 Hz. Note: It's best to choose the correct setting at the beginning of a new project rather than changing it while working on an existing one.

    Increase the buffer size

The value should be a power of two, e.g., 128, 256, 512, or 1024. Keep in mind that larger buffer sizes increase audio latency.

Disable additional graphics card options (Windows)

If your graphics card has additional options designed to improve gaming scenarios, such as 3D or frame rate-related features, such as the NVIDIA G-Sync option (external link), try disabling or uninstalling them.

The problem is that I used an old but simple guide utilizing Clover to build my Hackintosh system. It is a 2015 guide. It is not available online any more, and in case I need to rebuild, I can't because the new guides for this laptop are extremely complicated. That's why I don't dare to update the BIOS.

Reinstalling Windows on UEFI might be an option though in the future.
