Can you 'slide' audio inside it's object container ( manually)?

    a simple one today : )
    you can do this in studio one, reaper etc. you hold down shortcut and you can slide the wave about to adjust timiing etc...

    double click the object. look on the side. select time/pitch. use stretch knob, or select elastic audio which will open another window to stretch and move things around.

    i forgot to mention i found the answer to what i want.
    you simply hold down alt and you can 'slip' edit...
    all you need to do is hold down ALT key and drag.
    perfect.
