Can you sell redeem (refund buyers) plugins by PA or using iLok?

    Im asking if anyone ever sold (bundled) plugins and then worked out an exchange or even refunded a buyer who already registered with PA or iLok/Softube, waves etc etc is it possible or does the buyer permanently own them.
