Can you define what is this plugin on his screen please?

    I don't think there's actually any circle in that plugin. The blurred close up in the original post makes it look that way.
    If you watch the video you see him scrolling and there are distinct "steps" on the bottom left. There's also one blurred instance of red in the top right corner.

    My guess is he's running BreakTweaker in some kind of host like Bidule (hence the scrolling up/down, which you can't do in BreakTweaker) and the red is the Intensity knob on max.
